Our Ice Fountains have been approved for use by both the London Fire Brigade and the City of Westminster Council. Over the years we have worked closely with both authorities to ensure our customers prioritise the safety when using our Ice Fountains. Your safety is our priority, and we’re committed to maintaining the highest standards.

Upon purchase, we can provide all the necessary documentation to support your venue’s risk assessment, giving you complete peace of mind when using our products.

For Clients who wish to order regularly, we can look to setup credit facilities based on order regularity. Checks will need to be performed, but please speak to our Team to find out more. 

To purchase any of our pyrotechnic products such as the Ice Fountains, you must be over the age of 18. 

Delivery charges vary based on location, package weight and service selected. Options will be calculated at checkout.

Ultimately, this will depend on what delivery charge you wish to pay for as well as the day and time you process your order. Typically, you can expect a waiting time of up to 2-5 business days to receive your order. Please allow for extra time when ordering at the weekend and Bank Holidays.

At this moment in time, we are unable to send our products overseas. Currently, we only have the facilities to dispatch to mainland UK. Keep your eyes peeled as this may change.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
